WRE lawyers, is a law firm that works for corporate clients. Independent and expert, honest and confidential.

The office focuses on complex matters with often strategic aspects, such as real estate development, company relocation, reorganisations, insolvency, redundancies, divestment, acquisitions, shareholder disputes, compliance/ESG processes, etc.

WRE provides the client with an agile legal team. WRE involves the necessary specialists for this (“ as and when needed ”). Such a team works via a proven secure digital platform. This gives the client’s people involved transparent insight into the progress of the project. In addition, the client can access the project data as required. And that project data can of course be transported to an environment of the client at the conclusion of the project. This ensures unity of information and continuity of data availability.

WRE thus stands for “lawyership 2.0”: innovative and effective.
