LegalTeams works on a project basis for clients who, for example, do not have their own legal department or who experience capacity or expertise limitations. Depending on the nature and complexity of a project, a project team can consist of lawyers and corporate lawyers, supplemented where necessary by other experts, such as civil-law notaries, tax specialists, restructuring experts, consultants, data analysts, IT specialists, AI and cyber experts, corporate -finance advisors, real estate and location advisors and valuation experts, etc.
Each project team is operationally managed by an experienced LegalTeams project manager. For example, a project may concern the development and realization of commercial real estate, tender procedures, sale or acquisition of commercial real estate, M&A, sale or acquisition of business units, setting up, closing or moving business units, restructuring, reorganization (WHOA), post-merger integration, ESG implementation, new product introduction, cyber defense, regulatory & compliance, privacy regulation (GDPR) implementation, complex lawsuits or arbitral proceedings.
